Spring, summer, autumn or winter wedding?
Every season has its own beauty and its own challenges. What to watch out for in each one, and which kind of invitation suits it best.

Most couples start by thinking of summer weekends, yet every season gives the day a different mood. If you have not fixed a date yet, it is worth thinking all four through.
Spring: fresh green and lengthening afternoons
Spring is the season of gardens in bloom. The weather can be changeable, so always have a covered plan B alongside an outdoor ceremony. Light, floral invitations suit a spring wedding: the herbarium page of Pressed Flowers or the painted floral arch of Golden Grove.
Summer: long evenings under the open sky
Summer offers the widest choice, but it also has the highest demand: the calendars of popular venues and suppliers often fill up well in advance. Think about shade, drinks and keeping your guests comfortable in the afternoon heat. For a celebration by the water, Riviera is made for it, and for an evening party in the garden there is the summer selection.
Autumn: warm colours and the harvest
Early autumn is a favourite for many couples: the weather is milder, nature is full of colour, and the harvest gives you a theme to play with. As it gets dark earlier, plan your lighting ahead (candles, string lights). The wine label of Harvest and the black-and-gold card of Soirée both suit an autumn evening.
Winter: candlelight and closeness
A winter wedding is usually more intimate: often fewer guests, more light, and venues that are frequently more flexible. Keep an eye on travel and on where guests can leave their coats. The misted window of Winter Lights and Snow Globe set the mood in the invitation itself.
Any time of year
Plenty of invitations are not tied to a season: Star Map, Our Chapters and Boarding Pass work all year round. Among the invitations you can also filter by season, and in the Wedding planner you see your to-dos adjusted to your date.
