Information on the right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (the day your payment succeeds or, if the total is 0 because of a discount code, the day you press the order button).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Virágszekér Kft., Envelopio, 2700 Cegléd, Külső-Jászberényi út 2., Hungary, [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. You can do this in any of these ways:

On the website, with the withdrawal function. Use the “withdraw from contract here” function (the link is in the footer of every page and in the order confirmation e-mail), fill in your name, the order number and the e-mail address where you want to receive the acknowledgement, and then send the declaration with the “confirm withdrawal” function.
By e-mail to [email protected].
By post to the address above (a letter sent by post).

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

When you withdraw with the withdrawal function, we send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (by e-mail) without undue delay, with the content of your declaration and the time we received it.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, in the same currency, and in any event you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We do not deduct the fee of Stripe, our payment provider.

If your bank keeps your account in a currency other than the one you paid in, the exchange rate and any fees applied by your bank are outside our control.

What happens to what you bought

You can withdraw even if you have already used the invitation, the add-on or the planner tool. We do not ask you to give up the right of withdrawal before you pay. When we refund you, the link of the invitation is switched off and the add-ons and planner tools you bought are switched off. The draft stays in your account.
