Shared photo album

Every photo in one place, from your guests.

Guests scan a QR code and upload their photos and videos to one shared album, with no login and no app, whether it is a wedding, a christening, a birthday or any other celebration. After the celebration, you download them all at once.

How it works

  1. Print the QR code. After payment you’ll find it in My account, as a printable PNG, together with the link to the upload page. Put it on the tables, on the menu cards or next to the guest book.
  2. Your guests upload. From their phones, with no login, several photos and videos at once. Uploads are open for 30 days after the celebration.
  3. You download them all at once. We keep the photos for 2 months after the celebration; until then you can download them as a ZIP from My account, and after that they are permanently deleted. You decide whether guests can see each other’s photos.

A one-off fee, no invitation needed. We create your account at checkout, in a single step.

We use it to work out how long guests can upload and how long we keep the photos.

Is your invitation made with us? Then it’s €19 with the invitation: choose it in your basket next to the invitation, or later in My account.

Good to know

  • Photos up to 25 MB per file, videos up to 95 MB (about one minute); the album holds up to 20 GB.
  • The upload page link is secret, and search engines can’t see it. We only store guests’ names if they give them.
  • You can delete any photo from the album. The details are in the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions.
