Anyone who has confirmed on any of your invitations appears here automatically, each under their own name (a reply of ‘Tom Wilson, Lucy Green’, separated by a comma, becomes two guests); you can add the others by hand. Then click a table to seat them, chair by chair: who sits on whose right. Guests arriving together go side by side with a single click. You can print the finished plan table by table with a drawing, as a list of names, or as a large-print board for the entrance.

This is the seating plan of an imaginary wedding.
Try it out: you can move guests between tables, but the sample isn’t saved. For your own seating plan you need the Seating planner: €15, bought once. With the Budget planner, €25; with an invitation, the two together cost €15.
In the sample, you can only try out the seating.
